Refund Policy — 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order of Synadentix comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
1. How The Guarantee Works
From the date you receive your Synadentix package, you have 90 full days to try the product. If at any point during that window you decide Synadentix is not right for you, contact customer support to begin the refund process. No complicated forms. No drawn-out interrogation about your reasons. Just a straightforward, no-hassle refund.
2. What Is Refunded
You receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Original shipping and handling charges (if any) are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How To Request A Refund
- Email customer support at contact@synadentix-product.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Include your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.
- Customer support will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Ship the bottles (used or unused, opened or sealed) back to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Once the return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Free Bonuses Are Yours To Keep
The digital bonuses included with the 6-bottle package (Red Carpet Breath, Fix Mouth Breathing, and The Sculpted Smile Ritual) are yours to keep even if you request a full refund. There is nothing to return on the digital downloads.
5. Refund Processing Time
After your return is received and inspected, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Some banks and credit card companies may take additional time to display the credit on your statement.
6. Damaged Or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact customer support immediately at contact@synadentix-product.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Important Notes
- The 90-day refund window begins on the date you receive your order, not the date of purchase.
- Refund requests submitted after the 90-day window cannot be honored.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
