Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Synadentix orders are processed, shipped, and tracked. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders received on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after the order ships.
- Standard shipping fee: $9.99 on 1-bottle and 3-bottle orders.
- FREE shipping: Included with the 6-bottle package.
- All US orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package weight.
3. International Shipping
- Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days after the order ships, depending on destination country.
- International shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact customer support.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact contact@synadentix-product.com.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the package ships.
6. Lost Or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not arrived, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office before contacting us. For packages that are damaged, lost in transit, or never delivered, email contact@synadentix-product.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
7. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to most PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times to military and PO box addresses may be slightly longer than standard delivery estimates.
8. Discreet Packaging
All Synadentix shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy matters.
